Everyone experiences challenges in life and having support can be helpful in moving forward. I offer a safe place to explore your inner being and the potential to experience a more satisfying life; by working with you to loosen the shackles of symptoms related to issues like anxiety, depression, life changes, relational issues, or lack of a meaning-filled life.
I work with a variety of clients using a collaborative approach. Depending on your goals, my primary way of working is a psychodynamic approach using dreams and images to engage the subconscious mind and it’s wisdom to give you information you already possess, but not consciously. Western society is driven by thought based thinking, my mission is to guide you through your feelings and emotions to help you connect some of the dots; to assist you in uncovering what is within your subconscious mind and link it to your conscious mind so that you may use it not only to inform yourself, but also to create and transform. Together, we can build on your current strengths while discovering new ways of approaching life that are uniquely defined by you through these new insights.
