It takes great courage to break with one’s past history and stand alone
–Marion Woodman

Everyone experiences challenges in life and support can be helpful in moving forward. Whether you are feeling internally conflicted, confused or lost in your life; are experiencing negative behaviors or internal disruptions you do not understand or know how to work through, including feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, frustration and anger; are struggling in your relationships, or just feel plain stuck , I offer a safe place to explore these hurdles and the potential to experience a more satisfying life.

I work with a variety of clients using a collaborative approach. It is my belief that supporting you in working toward your goals is best facilitated by building on your current strengths and skills while discovering new ones. When appropriate, we can work to engage your subconscious through images, thoughts and dreams to uncover what you may somehow feel, but have not yet been able to discover on your own.

Moving from one life stage into another can be difficult to manage alone, including changes in roles into and through adulthood, marriage, divorce, and negotiating healthy relationships with your adult children. I am eager to work with you through these stages while creating more authenticity in your life. Typically satisfaction arises from discovering who you are at your core and how you like to move through life within the parameters of the community. Finding that space for yourself allows for increased potential and fulfillment by being more in your zone.

I also offer small group sessions for Dreamwork, Women’s concerns, and Parents of adult children or older teens negotiating their changing roles.

Please call if you would like to schedule an appointment or to talk for a few minutes on the phone to see if what I offer would be a good fit for you, or simply to get more information–questions are always welcome.
